1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. However, once goods have been accepted by the customer as working or in good order, we do not accept returns.
2. No Returns on Accepted Goods
If you confirm that the product is in working condition or in good order upon receipt, we will not accept a return for that product. We encourage you to check the items carefully when receiving your order to ensure everything is in the expected condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Any product that has been accepted by the customer as working or in good order
4. Refunds and Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
